From sixteen-year-old builder to system builder.
His first construction job at sixteen. More than twenty years later he designs a kitchen as readily as a circuit board — not because breadth is the goal, but because he builds what is needed, and masters whatever that requires.
The common thread is command of every layer. Over twenty years of contracting, from classic timber structures to industrial installations, with his own team of subcontractors. Bespoke work in solid wood, stainless steel, steel and concrete. Energy and installation engineering: heat pumps, multi-source heating, biomeiler compost heat, solar power, low voltage. And, in recent years, electronics and software — self-designed circuit boards and local-first energy management.
The work knows no boundaries between disciplines, nor between countries. A complete oil-fired central-heating installation in a large country house in France. A biomeiler installation in Greece. A Gaudí-inspired bespoke kitchen in Norway. Clients bring him across the border because one maker can oversee the whole.
